A company is looking for a Bilingual Radiology Scheduling Coordinator to perform scheduling and insurance verification tasks in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities Perform insurance verification and authorization processes for scheduled patients Schedule imaging services for patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation Manage communication through phone calls, emails, and other clerical tasks related to patient scheduling Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent GED required Associate's degree in a related field or a minimum of two years in patient scheduling, registration, and/or healthcare billing Excellent customer service or client relations experience in an office or hospital environment High volume call center experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
