Key Responsibilities
Manage online reputation through review platforms and social media, responding to reviews and facilitating customer communications
Develop strategies to enhance brand recognition and engagement across social media platforms
Research target audiences and collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective social media initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field, or four years of relevant experience
Two or more years of experience in Brand Engagement or Online Reputation Management
Proficiency in using social media platforms and reputation management tools like Trust Pilot and Google Reviews
Work authorization in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
