A company is looking for a Building Materials Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Review plans to identify material requirements and possible substitutions Coordinate material issues with project management, purchasing, and sales staff Maintain detailed records and reports of job information for each project Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; AS/BS degree preferred 2+ years of wood construction estimating/coordinating experience required Ability to read and interpret construction documents Broad knowledge of framing materials and practices preferred Experience with estimating/design software and ERP systems is beneficial
