People Strategy Consultant
A company is looking for a People Strategy Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent management and employee development
Support managers and employees by acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries
Consult on organizational design and implement HR initiatives within assigned client departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience in HR services within a large, complex organization (10K+ employees)
Experience in sectors such as higher education, academic medicine, health care, or management consulting
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Proven experience in driving people strategy and talent management initiatives
