HR Team Coordinator
A company is looking for an HR Team Coordinator to support its Human Resources and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system
Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll-related tasks
Coordinate internal communications and support executive scheduling and meeting organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of HR assistant experience preferred
Highly proficient with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and Word
Experience with HRIS systems, especially Rippling, is helpful
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
