Business Control Testing Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Business Control Testing. Key Responsibilities Execute risk-based control testing of operations and member experience controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks and integrate controls into business processes Track the progress of action plans related to issue management and provide review of remediation efforts Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on control testing, compliance, or risk management Knowledge of consumer financial regulations such as Fair Lending, UDAAP, and Reg-E Experience in analytical roles involving complex datasets and policy reviews Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently manage portions of testing reviews Engaged team player with a willingness to learn and promote inclusivity
