Key Responsibilities Lead business transformation initiatives within the Underwriting organization, focusing on sourcing partner relationships Facilitate collaboration and dialogue between sourcing partners and internal resources to ensure alignment and engagement Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and performance across the team and business unit Required Qualifications 5 - 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry relevant to the role Knowledge of group insurance products and underwriting functions Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
