Key Responsibilities Draft and revise expert rebuttal reports in active IP litigation matters Prepare and support motion practice, including legal research, drafting, and filing Develop mediation statements in collaboration with the litigation team Qualifications 8+ years of Intellectual Property Litigation experience (required) Active U.S. bar license in good standing (any jurisdiction) Experience litigating IP matters in U.S. District Court and/or Circuit Court Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage high-stakes litigation deliverables Proven experience with expert reports, motion practice, subpoenas, discovery, and mediation preparation
