Key Responsibilities Advise on the development and enforcement of global community and anti-discrimination policies Collaborate with Product teams to implement policy defenses across the platform Provide legal advice on global risks and manage cross-functional projects with various teams Required Qualifications J.D. with strong academic credentials and 15+ years of relevant legal experience Member of California Bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel Experience in litigation, risk mitigation, trust and safety, and policy development Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage high-stakes matters Demonstrated passion for travel and the community, along with a good sense of humor
