A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to provide IT services in support of Client Solution projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze current business processes and systems to develop business and technical context Develop gap analysis, data conversion and migration plans, and project roadmaps Create mid-level requirements and a requirements traceability matrix, and respond to stakeholder comments Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of analytical experience on IT projects within the last ten (10) years At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last ten (10) years Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute for education One (1) year of experience supporting government/nonprofit IT procurement activities within the last ten (10) years Experience with California Project Approval Lifecycle process for complex IT projects within the last ten (10) years
