Key Responsibilities Draft substantive motions and briefs after consultation with the trial team Analyze case facts and apply relevant legal authority to create persuasive arguments Draft mediation statements and briefs as needed, and review evidence for the same Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in wage and hour and class, collective, and/or representative actions Extensive experience drafting various types of motions and briefs Active bar license in California and the candidate's state of residence Ability to handle briefings in multiple complex matters effectively Capability to discern practical arguments for the defense of class actions in California litigation
