A company is looking for a Manager Clinical Quality Improvements to lead quality improvement initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple large-scale quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with departments, health plans, and providers to develop and monitor quality improvement plans Perform data analysis to drive actions based on insights and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Required Qualifications CA Clinical licensure (RN, LVN, LCSW, NP, PA) 5 years of Quality Management experience in a managed care setting 5 years of leadership experience overseeing clinical and non-clinical quality management staff 3 years of experience with HEDIS measures reporting and CMS Stars Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health sciences or a related field
