Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring authorities to maintain accurate recruitment profiles and manage candidate data
Create and manage site visit itineraries, ensuring compliance with policies and reimbursement procedures
Serve as a liaison for payroll and benefits issues, overseeing the on-boarding and pre-boarding process for new physicians and providers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in human resources or healthcare, focusing on recruiting and on-boarding
Strong knowledge of human resources practices and compliance requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment
Proficient in customer relations and computer skills
