Key Responsibilities
Utilize an electronic ticketing system to address platform questions and bug reports
Review and escalate student/instructor feedback appropriately
Provide assistance with account management and course setup for instructors
Required Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
Knowledge of programming basics in C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Professionalism and reliability in customer interactions
