A company is looking for a Medicare Program Manager to oversee the development and management of its Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) Program. Key Responsibilities Perform program planning and design for the D-SNP Program and manage ongoing operations Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation and management of the D-SNP Program Engage with external stakeholders and manage relationships for vendor-delivered programs focusing on quality and integration Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Policy, or a related field Minimum of eight years of experience in a managed care setting, including three years in program/project management and one year in Medicare Advantage and/or D-SNP Proven track record of executing effective business strategies for Medicare programs Experience with the Medicare enrollment process and familiarity with CMS guidelines Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence team members to achieve goals
