Call Center Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Call Center Billing Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians, vendors, and customer dispatch teams
Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and compliance
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
Accounting, billing, or credit experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must complete three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
