Call Handling Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Coordinator-Call Handling Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate calls and cases to assess performance, providing feedback and recognition to ensure high performance
Monitor team performance for adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations, tracking trends for improvement
Analyze and report weekly and monthly trends to leadership while engaging in quality enhancement projects
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma, GED, or technical certification in a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years of experience in a patient support program or hub field strongly preferred
Experience in call and case quality audits strongly preferred
Adverse Event reporting and reconciliation experience strongly preferred
Bilingual Spanish preferred
