Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities of a unit to meet departmental objectives
Resolve disputed transactions and negotiate effectively with customers
Evaluate and enhance unit processes to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6 years of combined higher education and relevant work experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software
Experience in a call center or bank operations environment
Ability to maintain internal control standards and manage risk
Bachelor's degree is preferred
