A company is looking for a Care Advocate to assist clients in navigating mental healthcare options. Key Responsibilities Conduct brief interviews with clients to assess care needs and provide appropriate referrals Proactively address client complaints and offer creative solutions to barriers in accessing care Ensure client safety and well-being while meeting efficiency and quality metric targets Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months in a related role within the organization Demonstrated mastery in customer service and role responsibilities Comfortable discussing complex mental health needs with clients over the phone Advanced understanding of technology and technical troubleshooting Strong clinical skills, such as listening and validation, despite not being a clinician
