A company is looking for an Insurance Benefit Case Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire care journey, from benefit investigation to medication delivery Conduct benefit verifications and collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and payers Assist with obtaining prior authorizations and appeals as needed Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a high-touch, customer-facing role Prior experience in a Hub or Patient Support Services role Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies required Strong computer proficiency (data entry, MS Office)
