A company is looking for a Customer Service Operations, Data Intake professional. Key Responsibilities Review documents through inbound faxes and identify reportable events Search and navigate through assigned cases using detailed activity reports of Pharmacy orders Perform data entry and create Adverse Event reports Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-oriented and fast-paced environment Intermediate knowledge/utilization of MS Office applications and productivity tools Ability to navigate and toggle between screens and systems to complete tasks Good interpersonal and critical thinking skills
