A company is looking for an RCM Manager, Cash Application. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Cash Application function and manage accounts receivable transactions Direct and mentor a team of RCM Representatives to ensure high performance and competency Analyze reports, communicate with payors, and drive improvements in revenue cycle management processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of revenue cycle or general accounting experience Understanding of accounting concepts and procedures Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or cash application is required Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Home Care service technology, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare is preferred
