Key Responsibilities Develops and manages the annual Provider Education Program and coding education materials Conducts internal monitoring reviews and compliance audits, maintaining documentation of findings and action plans Coordinates updates on coding guidelines and assists in the onboarding and training of new providers and coders Required Qualifications Associates Degree or higher 5+ years of professional coding experience 2+ years of experience in delivering presentations or conducting education related to coding Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
