Channel Partner Enablement Specialist
A company is looking for a Channel Partner Enablement Specialist to support and enhance its partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement training programs for channel partners on products and solutions Lead the partner onboarding process and provide ongoing support Develop enablement content in collaboration with product and sales teams Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in partner enablement or sales training within the call center or technology industry Proven experience working with channel partners and developing training content Strong understanding of call center operations and workforce management technologies Experience in workforce optimization or customer experience management technologies is preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
