Chef Automation Engineer
A company is looking for a Chef Engineer to support infrastructure automation for a major enterprise client. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Chef cookbooks, recipes, and policies for automated configuration management Refactor and migrate legacy configuration scripts to Chef Infra best practices Integrate Chef workflows into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot related infrastructure issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Chef Infra and related automation tooling Experience with infrastructure-as-code using Git and CI/CD tools Proficiency in Ruby and DSL scripting for Chef Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and cloud environments Experience with compliance standards and implementing policy-as-code
