A company is looking for a Transactional Attorney based in Chile to provide legal support in the equipment industry. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on international and domestic equipment transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and financing Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in accordance with U.S. and Chilean legal standards Advise on compliance with local regulations and ensure alignment with Chilean tax law and financial reporting requirements Qualifications JD or equivalent legal degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Chile Minimum 10 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in the equipment, construction, or industrial sectors Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
