Claims Estimating Supervisor

A company is looking for a Claims Estimating Supervisor to lead daily estimating operations and manage staff appraisers. Key Responsibilities Oversee all estimating activities in accordance with established claims policies and procedures Drive performance standards and continuous improvement within the estimating team Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while maintaining relationships with estimating partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 7+ years in auto physical damage estimating, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Strong technical background in assessing mechanical and structural damages Experience with Mitchell Estimating software is preferred Ability to obtain and maintain an adjuster's license as required
