A company is looking for a Claims Estimating Supervisor to lead daily estimating operations and manage staff appraisers. Key Responsibilities Oversee all estimating activities in accordance with claims policy and procedures Build performance standards and drive accountability within the team Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 7+ years in auto physical damage estimating, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Strong technical background in assessing damages, with experience in both field and remote settings Experience with Mitchell Estimating software is preferred Ability to obtain and maintain an adjuster's license as required
