Claims Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Claims Experience Specialist to support the claims handling process through administrative, customer service, and technical duties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with processing insurance claims, including data entry, documentation, and file management
Act as the primary point of contact for claims inquiries, providing assistance to policyholders, agents, and claimants
Coordinate and process claims payments, ensuring timely communication of payment status to claimants
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and claims management systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
Adjuster's license or relevant insurance designations are a plus
