Claims Resolution Specialist
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer connections by understanding their needs and serving them with empathy
Assist customers throughout the claims process by receiving high-volume inquiry calls and providing information on claim status
Communicate with customers and third parties to gather information, process claims payments, and address complex claims-related concerns
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
1 year of customer service experience is preferred
Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
Comfortable with computer technology
This position is not available in California, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
