Client Relationship Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist- Advisor Practice Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor client service experience standards and implement improvements based on feedback
Utilize reporting and dashboarding to analyze performance and identify areas for enhancement
Provide operational support and manage client and advisor escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related fields, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in project or process management
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Lean and continuous improvement skills or certification preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software, such as Salesforce
