Client Services Senior Representative
A company is looking for a Client Services Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve complicated client inquiries, collaborating with management and cross-functional departments
Analyze escalations to identify root causes and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting
Generate and analyze weekly trending reports for management, offering data related to issues and potential solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proficient understanding of Hospital Revenue Cycle Services
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high productivity and accuracy
