Client Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Specialist to support clients using their Black Diamond Wealth Platform solution. Key Responsibilities Work directly with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction Educate and train clients on software systems to drive adoption and troubleshoot issues Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for greater value delivery Required Qualifications Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot platform-specific issues Experience in building and maintaining client relationships Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
