Client Success Consultant
A company is looking for a Consultant, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and understand customers' business processes and goals
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and managing program engagements
Analyze client data to perform strategic analysis and influence the company to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
Fluency in written and spoken English
8+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles, preferably in a B2B hyper-growth environment
Previous experience with card products and program management capability
Ability to develop strong relationships at the C-level of enterprise companies
Reside in S o Paulo and be available for occasional client visits
