Workday Pro Consultant - Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise in the implementation of Workday's Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules
Configure compensation eligibility, rules, and plans across multiple countries
Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes and assist with compensation reporting and audits
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday, including implementation
Workday Pro certification in HCM and Advanced Compensation
Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes
Experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
