Client Support and QA Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Support & QA Specialist (US Real Estate Market).
Key Responsibilities:
Transition into a support role to assist clients with onboarding, troubleshooting, and feature usage
Perform QA testing on new platform integrations, primarily related to analytics tools
Identify, document, and help troubleshoot bugs and issues during the QA process
Required Qualifications:
Experience in technical support roles in the US real estate market (is a must)
4+ years of experience in Manual QA testing
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business domains
Availability to work fully aligned with US business hours
