FINRA Licensed Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts in a call center environment
Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes, loans, and withdrawals
Participate in a paid training program and pursue FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional hours and occasional Saturdays
Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
Capability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
Experience in financial services or call center is a plus
