Key Responsibilities Provide technical and operational support for project implementation and monitoring Prepare work plans and draft technical reports on project deliverables Organize training workshops and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders Required Qualifications Advanced university degree in climate science, environmental sciences, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in climate change adaptation, focusing on agriculture or water resources Working knowledge of English and Arabic National of Libya or resident with a regular work permit
