Key Responsibilities Provide technical and operational support for project implementation and monitoring Draft technical reports and prepare project work plans Organize training workshops and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders Required Qualifications Advanced university degree (master minimum) in fisheries science, aquaculture, or related fields At least 5 years of experience in fisheries and aquaculture development Working knowledge of English and Arabic National of Libya or resident with a regular work permit
