Clinical Grievance Pharmacist
A company is looking for a Clinical Grievance and Appeals Pharmacist. Key Responsibilities Support and input to clinical programs including Health Management and Drug Utilization Review Perform quality reviews of Prior Authorization forms and monitor the Appeals and Grievance process Provide clinical expertise for formulary decisions and contribute to the management of grievance and appeal resources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D Current unrestricted licensure as an RPh or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months Minimum two years of clinical experience or clinical/managed care pharmacy practice residency preferred Knowledge of PBM industry and proficiency in drug literature evaluation preferred Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
