A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate & Structured Finance. Key Responsibilities Manage all reporting activities, including sponsor reporting and senior management analysis Maintain and improve financial models for corporate, project, and departmental levels Drive optimization of the Company's capital stack and manage liquidity planning and reporting Required Qualifications 3+ years experience as an associate at an investment bank or private equity firm focused on financial services or energy 3+ years of solar project finance experience, preferably in the commercial and industrial sector Strong technical Excel modeling skills MBA and/or CFA preferred Flexible to work extended hours as needed
