A company is looking for a Program Lead II in Clinical Program Development. Key Responsibilities Develop clinical operational strategy and ensure execution of clinical research programs with quality and efficiency Translate asset strategy into operational execution and connect science with business and patient needs Manage external budget and mentor talent to create an inclusive and innovative environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing or scientific field; Associate's degree/R.N. with relevant experience acceptable 12+ years of Pharma-related/clinical research experience 8+ years in clinical research with demonstrated leadership competencies Proven ability to lead global teams in managing complex clinical studies Experience in study initiation through completion in multiple phases (Phase 1-3, 4)
