Clinical Solutions Analyst
A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst - Clinical. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing as required Take ownership and follow up on unresolved cases Required Qualifications Degree or post-secondary education in Healthcare, Business Administration, or Information Technology (preferred but not required) Experience in a technical support position is an asset Understanding of API and service technologies and functions Ability to work autonomously or as part of a remote team Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently during all interactions
