Clinical Success Director

A company is looking for a Clinical Success Director. Key Responsibilities Deliver education and training to clinicians, manage relationships with clinical champions, and support clinician adoption Provide product feedback and collaborate with product teams to define the clinical product roadmap Track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics, and create sales collateral to evangelize product capabilities Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP) Experience with Epic and understanding of clinical documentation workflows Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
