A company is looking for a Specialized IT Consultant - Senior. Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering and develop documentation, including presentations and briefing notes Collaborate with partners and subject matter experts from various backgrounds to understand their requirements Analyze business needs and requirements to develop and implement clinical terminologies Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with clinical terminologies such as SNOMED CT and LOINC Extensive knowledge of digital exchange standards including FHIR Experience in implementing terminology solutions and managing terminology standards Knowledge of healthcare information systems used in Ontario Familiarity with terminology asset management tools is an asset
