Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end platform implementation process, ensuring timely and successful deployments Provide hands-on technical consultation during hyper-care, ensuring clients achieve stability and optimal performance Lead training sessions and hands-on workshops to empower client teams and ensure successful platform adoption Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related field (MBA or advanced technical degree a plus) Experience working in post sales capacity in fraud detection and risk mitigation ecosystem 7+ years of experience in technical implementation, platform solutions, or post-sales consulting Strong expertise in SaaS platforms, API integrations, enterprise IT environments, and technical troubleshooting Proven ability to lead enterprise-level implementations with measurable client outcomes
