Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirements gathering, develop documentation, and engage with partners Collaborate with various partners and subject matter experts to understand and document business needs Develop, validate, and troubleshoot HL7 FHIR artifacts and supporting documentation Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience with HL7 FHIR standards and clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED-CT, LOINC) Healthcare experience within Canada in acute care, primary care, or community care settings Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR tooling such as Simplifier, HL7 Validator, and Forge Experience with interoperability standards gap analysis and developing HL7 FHIR implementation guides Proficiency in JSON and XML
