A company is looking for a Cloud Hosting Specialist to maintain and support their hosting environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and address issues with mission-critical infrastructure Provision and decommission virtual systems as needed Act as an escalation point for issues from the general helpdesk Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in IT or technical industry, preferably in managed services or cloud provider Working knowledge of Virtualization, Hyper-V Failover Cluster, and Windows Server Familiarity with Active Directory, Backup Appliances, and Microsoft 365 Additional knowledge of networking, firewalls, and Microsoft System Center is a plus
