People Relations Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, People Relations to provide team member relations and People & Culture services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations activities, including corrective actions and coaching documentation
Conduct investigations into potential violations of employment policies and document findings
Support team member development initiatives and maintain the Team Member Handbook
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in team member relations
Strong understanding of HR handbooks and ability to interpret policies
Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency with MS Office and other business tools
