People Relations Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, People Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations activities and guide leaders on best practices
Conduct investigations into potential violations of employment policy
Support team member development initiatives and maintain the team member handbook
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Four years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in team member relations
Strong understanding of HR handbooks and ability to interpret policies
Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance requirements
Strong proficiency with MS Office and other business tools
