Commercial Learning Associate
A company is looking for a Commercial Learning & Development Associate to enhance its commercial training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning theory
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine training content and materials
Manage training logistics, maintain training records, and ensure content is current in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination, preferably in a commercial environment
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience in instructional design
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated with a passion for learning
